★ FOUNDERS CLUB

One thousand seats.
Once in a generation.

The Founders Club is the founding members of the Safa Global Society. One thousand numbered seats, constitutionally entrenched, shared between Annual and Lifetime payment models. The door opens once and closes once. After the cap is reached, only Honorary Founder seats issued by Safa Global on attrition fill any vacancies.

First ordinary meeting planned for 2027

You vote on the institution before it scales.

Founders hold voting rights in Society ordinary sessions. The first ordinary Founders meeting is planned for 2027, once the Foundation finishes its initial Malta authorisation work.

The agenda for that session: ratification of the Society Charter, the Excellence Fund 2026 to 2028 investment-thesis mandate, and the first Foundation Council appointments. These three votes set the constitutional shape of the institution. Members who join before then take part in them; everyone else inherits the result.

Why 1,000

A founding membership, not a renewable subscription.

Most communities sell unlimited seats and rent attention. The Founders Club is built differently. The 1,000-seat cap is constitutionally entrenched in the Society Charter and cannot be expanded without a qualified-majority amendment vote by the existing founding members.

After the cap closes, only Honorary Founder seats issued by Safa Global on attrition (death, resignation, or removal) fill the gap. After the Founding Partner steps aside, no further Honorary Founders are issued. The Society shrinks naturally over generations. The Foundation continues to oversee remaining members but does not refresh the founding members.

The result: Founders are the formative-decade community. The people in the seats now are the people whose votes set the operating cadence, whose member register lives under Foundation custody, whose X University Programs and Diplomas access continues for life (or until the Annual renewal lapses).

What you shape

Voting rights, in plain language.

Voting Matters are decisions Members ratify under the Society Charter. Examples: amendments to the Charter itself, the broad investment-thesis mandate of Safa Global Ventures, Foundation Council appointments, material updates to the Stewardship Report.

Each Founder holds direct voting rights: one vote per Voting Matter, quorum required, simple majority for ordinary matters, two-thirds for constitutional amendments. When the Safa Global Sukuk and STAC Programme launches, the Foundation will introduce a separate voting-privilege framework for STAC holders. Founders’ direct voting rights remain independent of that framework.

Voting is not on portfolio-company investment decisions, AIFMD operational decisions, or Depositary functions. Those sit with the AIFM, the Investment Committee, and the Depositary respectively. Members vote on the institutional layer, not the trading floor.

Important

Founders Club membership is community participation in the Safa Global Society. It does not represent ownership in any Safa Global entity, does not entitle members to dividends, profits, distributions, or asset allocations, and confers no expectation of financial return. Future investment offerings (STAC and the Safa Global Sukuk Programme) are separate from Society membership, are regulated, and are restricted to qualified investors in jurisdictions where lawful.
